It's been great experience. If a person is coachable and willing to listen I believe they can make a really good income with part-time hours. It's worked for me. Even more so, I was offered a better role in my sales job during the day based off the training I received in association with the organization. I work full time in the medical field and have been able to advance in that field based on the mentorship I have received. I have been able to create a consistent stream of income as well from Dougherty Marketing!
The skills and success principles I have developed working with the company and its leaders has helped me in all areas of my life, leading to additional earned income inside and outside of the opportunity!

I have been working part-time with Dougherty Marketing for about a year and a half now. I work in government during the day. The mentorship I have received and the friendships I have made while working with the team have surpassed anything I have found in the corporate world. This opportunity has proven to be an excellent way to make some extra money by putting in part-time hours while gaining invaluable leadership skills that have helped me tremendously in my career.
Two years ago a friend from college asked me if I was looking to make some extra money. I said "You bet." My wife was in law school at the time and I was working a low paying job at a grocery store, despite my business degree. Two years later I am working full time in mortgage lending at a bank. The money working part time here has been great at taking some pressure off of my wife and I financially. The skills I have learned while working with this business team has challenged me and made me a better worker at my full time job and in other areas of my life as well. Now I am making more than double what I was at the grocery store and my wife and I are getting our bills paid.
My experience with the Dougherty marketing company has been one of growth. The leadership principles and success principles that you learn with this company will help you with any Endeavor. They have for me at least. Thank you so much, and I look forward to continued partnership.
From the partnering companies, to the lesser-known brands represented, to the training/coaching, to the personal development; there are NONE that I have found to rival Dougherty Marketing. As a former employee of several of the retailers they promote (some in a managerial capacity), it is clear to me that the credibility Brian and his team have worked to establish for themselves as an organization has been VERY well received in the marketplace and in marketing circles nationwide. The many who work with this marketing team in the RDU/Triangle area seem to have a keen understanding of the importance of certain advertising and promotional concepts akin to some of the major figure-heads in the marketing industry; while offering an environment where even the most inexperienced can flourish! They also seem to have many different career, cultural, and educational backgrounds represented as well as a training system to equip even the most novice-leveled associate with the tools necessary for eminent success in the marketing environment. It has not only been a great privilege learning of you Brian and your team; I have also thoroughly enjoyed the opportunities that have been opened in our partnership! I look forward to many more fruitful years working together!
I got introduced to this business when I was in school at NC State and also working a full time job as a barista. I have continued to work with the company after getting my education degree because I have had a lot of personal growth from the training system and it has helped me to think differently about my goals and dreams. I would've not had the tenacity and drive to fail forward if it wasn't for this company. I have gotten a lot of mentorship and help to achieve the goals that I set for myself. I'm so grateful not to have the mentality anymore of just barely getting by and living paycheck to paycheck. I have been very blessed to have one of my good friends introduce me to the company.
